By joining the Vinesmith wine club you agree to purchase a minimum of one subscription delivery in the lifetime of your membership. You also acknowledge that your nominated credit card will be charged the amount corresponding with your selected pack and delivery month unless you suspend or cancel your subscription. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service for our customers and members. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we encourage you to contact our friendly team at info@vinesmith.com.au to resolve any issues within 30 days.  

Vinesmith will always endeavour to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase, however kindly note we are unable to provide a refund or exchange where a customer has a ‘change of mind’, places an incorrect order, or fails to verify their information when placing an order. 

This returns policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Membership is for Australian residents only who are over 18 years old. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence;

• For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $500)
