Our Estate Range showcases a blend of our high performing blocks for any given vintage. 5% Viognier was fermented with a parcel of Shiraz carefully selected for its ethereal structure and spice. Gentle, twice daily pump overs in open top fermenters before six months in seasoned french oak hogsheads results in a Syrah Viognier with heady florals, delicate structure and restraint.
